The services listed below are for professional dog trainers and industry professionals looking for assistance with their own client cases or aiming to expand their skill sets. In an industry where everything is frequently dealt with solo, it's beneficial to have another trainer to run things past. If you'd like a second set of eyes on a client you're working with, are looking for a mentor into professional training, or working further into behaviour modification, these services may be options you can use.
Professional Consulting
Private Consulting: If you are looking for assistance developing your skills as trainer, or are looking for guidance working with behavioural cases, we now offer virtual consults for other trainers or industry professionals. Things we can consult on:​
- Trainer development and skillsets
- Behavioural consult: If you have a challenging case and require a second opinion, or guidance on b.mod in general
- Business consultation: Programs, services, facility protocols
- Safety consultation: Assessment (or creation of) safety protocols for individuals or facilities, within all areas of the dog industry

Things that we will not offer virtual consult on:
- Sport work, or any form of dog sport competition
- Service dogs, working dogs, PPD etc.
- Breeding or conformation *we DO consult on temperament issues*
- Social media development
- No seriously, I do not teach social media development.

Single Session Consult - $150/hr+gst
This can be booked as a 1, 1.5, or 2 hour session.

Watch Us Teach
This community is for professional trainers looking to see how we work with a variety of issues while implementing a behavioural modification based training plan. This is an online training community where we post selected recordings of client private lessons. These are typically one hour lessons watching us and our clients. All the cases we post are focused on creating and implementing a training plan from a behaviour modification perspective. If you have ever wanted to see how we handle teaching clients and their dogs, this is the service you're looking for. We expect to post 2-3 client case studies monthly, with between 3 to 5 sessions per client. Membership allows you to watch the content we post, and attend the once a month Q&A. This Q&A will be the opportunity to discuss the studies posted, or to answer any questions on the application of behaviour modification concepts to your own clients.

Professional Development For Trainers and Industry Professionals
Trainer Development Program - Level 1: This is an intensive educational seminar for dog trainers looking to further their knowledge. This seminar is 3 days and has limited attendance numbers. Attendees will learn from Steph in lecture, demonstration, and hands-on formats with plenty of opportunity for questions and explanation. This seminar aims to improve the skillsets of professional trainers, with a heavy focus on the proper use of behaviour modification concepts in the development of training programs. This seminar is designed for professionals already working in the industry, however is open for dog hobbyists or other industry professionals (vets/groomers etc) to expand their knowledge. *Please note that the learning curve will be steep if you are not already working in the industry.*

Trainer Development Program - Level 2: This seminar is for professional trainers with more experience that are looking to expand their knowledge and skillsets within the realm of behaviour work and modification.
The Level 1 seminar is a pre-requisite to this program.

Trainer Development Program - Level 3: This seminar is for those that have attended Level 1 & 2, have demonstrated consistent and solid work with behaviour clients using the concepts learned in 1 & 2, and are looking to work with the most significant levels of behaviour.
